All handbags are carefully prepared before dispatch.

Local pickup may be available for customers in the Cairns area.
If you would like to arrange local pickup, please contact me before placing your order so this can be organised. Pickup details will be confirmed once your order is ready.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of one-of-a-kind and custom-made items, returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, including photos where possible, so I can assist you.
Your satisfaction is important to me, and any genuine issues will be handled with care and fairness.

Custom orders are made especially for you and are non-refundable once production has commenced.
Details, timelines, and expectations will be discussed and confirmed prior to starting your custom piece.
