Arm Candy by Bel is a small, independent hobby based in Cairns, Australia. All products are made and sold directly by me. I reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Products & Availability

All handbags are either one-of-a-kind or made to order. As such:

• Colours, materials, and finishes may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of the products

• Product images are provided as accurately as possible but may appear different depending on screen settings

• Availability is subject to change without notice

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change at any time without notice.

Payment

Secure payment is available via PayPal at checkout.

If you prefer to pay via Direct Debit, please place your order and I will email you with bank details. Orders will be dispatched once payment has been received.

Orders & Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at my discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or payment issues.

Shipping

Shipping is available Australia-wide. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and postal services.

International shipping is not offered as standard. Please contact me prior to purchasing if you wish to discuss international shipping options.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of one-of-a-kind and custom-made items, returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, including photos where possible, so I can assist.

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are created specifically for you based on agreed details.
By proceeding with a custom order, you acknowledge that:

• Design details and timelines will be confirmed before production

• Changes may not be possible once work has begun

• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and material designs, is the property of Arm Candy by Bel and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Arm Candy by Bel is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by events beyond reasonable control, including postal delays or courier issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
