Change of Mind

Due to the nature of one-of-a-kind and custom-made items, refunds or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind.

I encourage you to review product descriptions and images carefully and contact me with any questions before placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.

Where a fault is confirmed, I will work with you to offer:

• A repair, or

• A replacement (if available), or

• A refund, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law

Custom Orders

Custom orders are made especially for you and are non-refundable once production has commenced.

All details, materials, timelines, and expectations will be discussed and confirmed prior to starting your custom piece.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow a reasonable timeframe for funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
